2. The agreement shall be considered concluded from the moment the buyer pays for the order.
3. We will provide access to the broadcast page on the eve of the of the Event opening.
4. In case of complaints , the pre-trial dispute resolution procedure shall be mandatory.

5. The registration fee for participation is non-refundable. However, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration. In order to do this, please contact us by email info@rhinology2022.org.
6. In case of failure to resolve a dispute through negotiations, such dispute shall be referred to the court of general jurisdiction at the location of the technical organizer.
7. The buyer agrees to provide the seller with the following personal data:
· first name;
· contact phone number;
· e-mail address;
· place of work.
When paying with a bank card, client will be directed to the UKassa payment service responsible for processing and safeguarding the client's bank card data.
The client's data will be used to pay for the order and make delivery.
The Technical Organizer may amend the offer at its own discretion. The amendments will come into effect from the moment of publication at www.rhinology2022.org
